We inspect all products prior to being shipped. *If any product received within 10 days of receipt of the customer is defective per a manufacturing issue (unworn and still in packaging) please email with the following:

  • Description of the defective item
  • Picture of the defective item and area
  • Picture of packaging slip

Our team will look into the issue and respond accordingly.



  • Exchange ONLY (within 10 days or receipt) - Items must be UNWORN and in its original packaging including tags.
  • Please email in order to receive the form to exchange. If the size desired is unavailable at the time a store credit will be provided. (Form should be included in the return packaging).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
