We inspect all products prior to being shipped. *If any product received within 10 days of receipt of the customer is defective per a manufacturing issue (unworn and still in packaging) please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Description of the defective item
- Picture of the defective item and area
- Picture of packaging slip
Our team will look into the issue and respond accordingly.
- Exchange ONLY (within 10 days or receipt) - Items must be UNWORN and in its original packaging including tags.
- Please email email@example.com in order to receive the form to exchange. If the size desired is unavailable at the time a store credit will be provided. (Form should be included in the return packaging).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
